Refund policy
As plants are perishable live products, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
If a product arrives damaged or in poor condition, the customer must contact the store within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. After review, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered where applicable.
Minor variations in plant size, shape, leaf count, or pot appearance are natural and are not considered defects.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched.
