Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Plants are packed carefully to help ensure safe transit. Minor variation in plant size, shape, or fullness may occur as plants are natural products.

Customers will receive order updates once the order is dispatched. Delivery delays caused by weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally happen.

At present, delivery is available only in serviceable locations supported by the store's shipping partners.
